The Program
- Program Overview: The Certified Organization Development Analyst (CODA) program aims at educating and coaching (with practical examples) participants about different aspects related to Organization Development including the understanding and improvement of organization structure, organization culture, HR processes, and change management. At the end of the program you will be able to better identify current organization development issues in your own organization and identify opportunities to resolve them based on learned concepts.
- Simple Certification Process: The program comprises of 4 live training sessions on the concepts and approaches related to Organization Development. Afterwards, participants are requested to apply the learned concepts and approaches into a practical project which upon successful evaluation would qualify them with the internationally recognized title Certified Organization Development Analyst (CODA).
- Delivered by HR SME Consultants: The program is delivered by extensively experienced HR Consultants of Middle Earth HR, one of the largest specialist training, education and knowledge support companies for HR professionals worldwide and is considered to be the world's 7th largest HR Training firm.
- International Accreditation: The Certified Organization Development Analyst (CODA) certificate is internationally accredited by Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI), a global research body operating in the United States with the objective of conducting researches and development of special subjects in Human Resources.

- Live Session #1: 14 September 2025 @ 8:30 am (UAE time), 4 hours

Job Summary:
The
Senior Organization Design Specialist
will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of organizational structures, workforce planning, and position management strategies across the company. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of position-related data and enabling data-driven decisions through effective organizational analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support organizational design initiatives, including structural reviews, role evaluations, and workforce optimization.
- Manage and maintain accurate position data within SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.
- Develop and update organizational charts and process flows using Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
- Analyze workforce data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Design and generate complex Excel-based reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using advanced formulas and pivot tables.
- Ensure high accuracy in all data inputs, maintenance, and reporting activities related to position and organizational structures.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and strategy teams to ensure alignment between organizational structure and business objectives.
- Support change management efforts related to organization restructuring, job changes, and workforce transitions.
- Assist in developing position management guidelines, tools, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Position Data Management within SAP SuccessFactors (or any other HRIS)

Required - Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Required - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in organization design, HR analytics, or HR systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
