• Monitor vital signs such as pulse rate, blood pressure, temperature, respiration rate and consciousness
• Administer drugs or other medications according to physician's instructions
• Perform routine patient assessments such as CPR or first aid as needed
• Participate in training programs for new employees
• Keep accurate records of patient care activities

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in paramedicine preferred
• Current state Paramedic license with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Minimum two years’ experience working as a paramedic preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of emergency medicine
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to remain calm under pressure
