Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Advisor located in Doha, Qatar. We are looking for an experienced
Parts Advisor
to join our dynamic After-Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and supplying vehicle parts to technicians and customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and workshop staff in identifying and ordering required parts.
  • Check and maintain stock levels, ensuring proper inventory management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely availability of parts.
  • Prepare and process parts invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
  • Maintain accurate records in the parts management system.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all parts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support related to parts inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in a similar role within the
    automotive industry in Qatar
    .
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, catalogues, and ordering systems.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel and Word)
    and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be
    locally available in Qatar
    with a
    transferable visa or on secondment
    .
  • Ability to join
    immediately
    .
  • Possession of a
    valid Qatar Driving License
    is an advantage.

Service & Parts Manager – Home Appliances

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Service & Parts Manager to lead our home appliances service operations and spare parts sales in Qatar. The candidate must have a strict background in Home Appliance Service Management, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve company targets under pressure. Only candidates who can join within 7 days will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the home appliances service department based in the Industrial Area, Qatar.

Supervise engineers/technicians and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.

Oversee spare parts sales, inventory management, and distribution to clients/dealers.

Drive and achieve monthly service & sales targets as set by the company.

Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Maintain strong coordination with suppliers, principals, and vendors for parts and warranty.

Train, mentor, and evaluate service teams to improve efficiency and performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and Qatar regulations.

Work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory: Proven experience in Home Appliance Service Management (minimum 5 years).

Preferred: Prior experience working with service centres of major global brands such as LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, Haier, Bosch, Electrolux, Panasonic, or similar.

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Demonstrated track record of achieving service & parts sales targets.

Language: Strong command of English is mandatory; Arabic preferred.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Valid Qatar/GCC Driving License (preferred).

Availability: Must be able to join within 7 days.

The
Assistant – Inventory Controller
is responsible for supporting inventory management activities, ensuring stock accuracy, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. This role involves monitoring stock movements, reconciling discrepancies, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Assistant will play a key role in optimizing inventory processes to minimize excess stock, prevent shortages, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Inventory Management & Stock Control:
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while preventing overstocking.
  • Assist in performing regular stock reconciliations to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
  • Track stock movements, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Procurement & Vendor Coordination:
  • Assist in selecting and managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely procurement of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and coordinate purchase orders with relevant departments.
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Oversee and support the creation, approval, and processing of purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control policies, company procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
  • Review deliveries to confirm alignment with purchase orders and report any discrepancies such as shortages, overages, or damaged goods.
  • Process Optimization & Cost Control:
  • Support the implementation of the best practices to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze stock reports to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, finance, and warehouse) to streamline inventory operations.
  • Reporting & System Management:
  • Generate and maintain inventory reports, highlighting stock levels, movement trends, and discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing procurement reports, tracking purchase requests, and managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Ensure the effective use of inventory management systems to track and maintain accurate records.
