Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an Estimation Engineer – Fire & Safety for a reputable client in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates for Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and Life Safety systems as per NFPA, QCDD, and local regulations.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals within deadlines.
Work closely with sales and design teams to ensure accurate cost estimation.
Conduct site visits to assess project scope and feasibility.
Assist in value engineering and cost optimization strategies.
Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience :
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation within the Fire & Safety industry in Qatar.
Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and Emergency Lighting systems.
Familiarity with NFPA codes and QCDD regulations.
Qatar experience preferred.
