We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Business Planning & Operations Lead to support and drive operational excellence across business rhythms in the country. The role is critical in ensuring the implementation and governance of Microsoft's Customer Engagement Model (MCEM), Rhythm of Business (RoB), and key strategic programs. Qualifications & Experience
