**Urban Planning**
- Provide urban planning and development expertise including data collection, analysis, conceptual and detailed plan preparation
- Contribute to development of comprehensive understanding of all regulations associated with the different precincts within Lusail City
- Identify potential new niches for Urban Planning consulting services within Lusail
**Other duties**
- Confer with local authorities, Architects, Designers and Land Planning and Development Specialists to devise arrangements of land, new building projects and physical facilities for residential, commercial, industrial, recreational and community uses in Lusail
- Prepare reports and recommendations on measures affecting land use, public utilities, community facilities, housing and transportation to control and guide community development and renewal
- Provide thought leadership and lead teams of sub-contracted consultants on Urban Planning and / or Development projects
- Engage in teamwork, in both a field and office environment
- Remain informed and updated with local and international developments in the Urban Planning field to enable the creation of Blue for Lusail and its clients
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with mínimal guidance
**Business capabilities**
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an urban planning environment
- Experience with city management organizations would be an advantage
- Knowledge of city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding land use, zoning and applicable building permit procedures and policies
- Knowledge of statistical and research methods as applied to the collection, analysis and presentation of city planning data
- Knowledge in conducting substantial research regarding zoning and landscaping laws
- Working knowledge of city management / real estate operations
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture or Urban Design

This role focuses on the effective use of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, ensuring that assets are well-organized, accessible, and properly tagged. The Digital Content Planning Specialist supports, monitors, and coordinates the timely creation and publication of content across all of Qatar Museums’ digital media channels as required. Reporting to the Head of Digital Content, the Digital Content Planning Specialist will support the implementation of QM’s digital strategy by scheduling and organising the creation and publishing of text and media content onto QM’s digital platforms, ensuring that the channels are dynamic, engaging and in sync with wider communication and strategic efforts. - Works closely with all members of the Digital Content team to ensure content is published on time and in-line with communication plans

- Builds and maintains good relationships with all QM parties to support effective communications and a streamlined approval and publications process
- Manages and processes content requests coming from all QM parties
- Manages the request workflow process and any associated documentation
- Identifies suitable images to illustrate content that can either be gathered or commissioned
- Liaises with external agencies and suppliers to ensure content is delivered on schedule
- Highlights any bottlenecks or blockers causing the posting of content to be delayed
