About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced contractor to lead the functional implementation of SAP PM in our organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external consultants to ensure a smooth deployment, configuration, and optimization of SAP PM to meet business requirements.

Role :

1. SAP PM Implementation and Integration

• Minimum experience of 2 MRS implementation on S4HANA V2000 (mandatory)

• Minimum experience of 2 MRS implementation on ECC (mandatory)

• Implementation of RSH (advantage)

• Hands-on experience in Cross Application (Class-characteristics-object dependencies) - mandatory

• Hands-on experience in PM with integration to MDG, MM, QM, FI and EWM

• Hands-on experience in Solution Manager Test Plan Management

• Experience in Fiori Apps (Situation Handling, Flexible WF, Migration Cockpit)

2. Documentation

- Prepare detailed documentation for configured workflows, processes, and user guides.

- Create functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.

3. Project Management Support

- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables for the implementation.

- Monitor and report progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones.

Qualifications and Skills:

• +8 years of experience with 2-3 full life cycle implementation

• Experience in S4 HANA and FIORI apps

• Preferably has experience in the oil and gas and Middle East region.

• Familiar with change management procedures and project documentation

• Familiar with ABAP programming

• Experience in Flexible Workflow implementation in MM and EWM process

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel software for big data analysis

• Hands-on experience in Test Plan and Management

• Strong skills of technical writing, professional documentation, and reporting

Job Purpose

The role is responsible to support the Head of Plant Productivity in carrying out the following technical services:

• Provide daily support to Operations about Production Budgeting, Control and Optimization, Energy, Catalyst and Chemicals Management.
• Support the Analysis of Production Loss Events and the Root Cause Analysis work processes.

The ultimate objective is to enable Operations to avoid reoccurrence of production losses and maximize production profit. The role coordinates with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations, including liaison with Plants, Stores, Purchase, Laboratory, and Environmental sections. The position also emphasizes operational problem solving through analytical and innovative approaches, providing technical support to the production department.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitoring plant performance (process parameters, catalyst/equipment/energy performance, environmental emissions) and supporting production loss accounting.
• Problem analysis & troubleshooting.
• Engineering activities such as proposing new projects, reviewing ongoing modifications, and participating in MOC and HAZOP studies.
• Supporting updates of engineering documents like P&ID, trip logics, and operating procedures.
• Assisting in preparing production, catalyst, and chemicals budgeting.
• Participating in major shutdown activities.
• Performing on-call duties and emergency response as a relief team member.
• Ensuring systematic liaison with HSEQ on environmental reporting, GHG accounting, LDAR monitoring, and sustainability compliance.
• Managing the Production Information Management System (PIMS) and ensuring system reliability.
• Reporting on production metrics, budget variances, KPIs, and other operational reports.
• Developing and implementing SAP Production Planning modules and interfaces.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
• At least 7 years of relevant plant operations experience in the fertilizer, petrochemicals, or oil & gas industry.
• Experience with chemical engineering calculations and tools like Aspen Plus/Hysys, HTFS/HTRI.

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized professional college, leading to an Engineering degree/diploma.
• Valid CSWIP 3.2.2 Senior Welding Inspector or AWS-SCWI certification.
• Professional certification as NDT Level-II in PT, MT, UT & RT Interpretation, certified per SNT-TC-1A/CP-189 or equivalents such as PCN/ISNT.
• Certification in BGAS-CSWIP Painting Inspector Grade 1/2 or NACE Level-1/2 is advantageous.

Experience and Skills:

• Age between 30-55 years, with experience in inspection, testing, and repair of pressure vessels, piping, steel structures, and valves, preferably in an operating company or oil & gas projects.
• Minimum 8 years for Degree holders or 12 years for Diploma holders, with at least 5 years as a QA/QC Inspector post-certification.
• Good knowledge of international codes, standards, and specifications related to materials, welding, fabrication, inspection, and testing.
• Ability to interpret drawings, P&ID’s, material standards, and project specifications.
• Proficiency in NDT techniques such as RT, UT, MT, PT, and radiograph interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare QA/QC documents like quality plans, inspection & test plans, procedures, WPS, and qualification records.
• Support shutdown planning, review work packs, and perform critical material inspections.
• Conduct stage-wise inspections during repair, modification, or replacement jobs, including material inspection and pressure testing.
• Perform valve inspections, review MTCs, witness testing, and prepare reports.
• Inspect purchased or rented materials and equipment, ensuring conformity with specifications.
• Coordinate NDT activities, interpret reports, and maintain detailed records.
• Perform inspections during fabrication and erection, including visual, dimensional, and NDT techniques.
• Provide supervision for QA/QC activities such as welding, painting, NDT, and hydrostatic testing.
• Assist in supplier audits and provide technical evaluations.
• Utilize computer applications for report preparation and communication.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by the supervisor.

Your day-to-day:

• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of bottled drinking water to all outlets and guest floor pantries as per daily requirements.
• Collect empty bottles from all outlets and guest areas.
• Inspect returned bottles for cleanliness, damage, staining, or odor; separate any bottles that are not fit for reuse.
• Record and report all breakages or bottle rejections for accountability and tracking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of delivered and received bottles.
• Assist the Water Plant Operator in the production and bottling processes when needed.
• Assist water plant operator for monitoring and recording bottled drinking water parameters.
• Keep the water plant area and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all local governmental regulations and IHG safety and hygiene standards.
• Support all sustainability initiatives of the hotel, including proper recycling practices, resource efficiency, and glass bottle reuse systems.
• Actively contribute to achieving the hotel’s Green Key Objectives, Food Safety Objectives and performance in the IHG Energy Reduction Matrix.
  
  

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or bottling environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment.
