Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of production experience working as a Cloud DevOps Engineer or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.
• Advanced hands-on experience with cloud deployments including green field, cloud migration, hybrid and multi-cloud deployments

Primary Purpose Of The Job
The purpose of the senior cloud engineer role is to design and deploy robust and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using platforms like Azure and Google Cloud, ensuring deployment best-practices are followed and maintained. The senior cloud engineer will be part of the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team and will work closely with the cloud architects and wider stakeholders within the ICT department to provide guidance on cloud deployment designs and engineering. This role will be a hands-on role leading the technical cloud discussions, creating configuration change, and improving the current technical and professional standards of QatarEnergy's cloud environment

Required Experience And Skills

• 10+ years hands-on experience in working on cloud platforms like Azure and GCP as a cloud administrator.

• Strong experience in implementation of cloud infrastructure and application solutions and services with focus on CI/CD and automation tasks.
