Key Responsibilities:

1. Leads and supervises the electrical section in maintenance-related jobs, provides assistance in troubleshooting, issues reports on major failures, and recommends suitable actions to minimize or eliminate recurrence of the problems.
2. Formulates preventive maintenance schedules and associated procedures and checklists.
3. Plans and prepares periodical preventative maintenance schedule at the beginning of each year and carries out duties mentioned therein in coordination with the Operations Manager.
4. Oversees troubleshooting of complex electrical problems and failures by working closely with his team whenever required.
5. Issues reports on major problems and failures, suggests suitable corrective actions to minimize or prevent recurrence of the problem.
6. Periodically reviews the preventive maintenance programs to evaluate its efficiency.

Education:
Graduate in Electrical Engineering from a recognized college.

Experience:
3 years of related maintenance work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of all MEP systems, activities, and processes.

Behavioral Skills:
- Able to work under pressure and with groups of people to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Self-motivated with skills to motivate others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Airswift is seeking a Sr Systems Engineer (Power Platform Solution Software) to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).

Experience:

• Designing and building user-friendly and intuitive applications.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and business process automation concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies like Azure, SharePoint, and Office 365 is a plus.
• Experience optimizing license utilization and recommending cost-effective solutions.
• Deep understanding of Power Platform licensing models and their cost implications.
• Experience in database design and writing efficient queries.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps.
• Build automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Utilize Dataverse and other databases for data management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define success metrics.
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code.
• Document solutions and provide user support and training.
• Stay updated with Power Platform features.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Advise on licensing and optimize license utilization.
• Manage licenses with IT teams.
• Design user-centric interfaces for Power Apps.
• Conduct user testing and refine designs based on feedback.
