Job Description
- Build an effective collaboration within the department and all involved project work streams.
- Manage the various project work packages
- Facilitate with the formation of cross departmental working teams to ensure project work packages are planned and requirements are obtained and shared with all relevant stakeholders.
- Report on the health of the project and team performance against established service level agreements at set project progress reviews.
- Assist with reviewing and refining the guidelines and templates for the project planning and tracking approach
- Assist with defining and maintaining the work breakdown structure for all project plans.
- Facilitate to organise project management workshops to ensure adequate understanding and usage of project management tools within the various project teams.
- Track the change management requirements among the different stakeholders required to adopt new approaches
**Requirements**:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in PMO coordination
- Must have Bachelor's degree in any Management related course
- Preferably with PMP Certification
