Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties

- Execute various repair tasks, including:
- Drywall patching and painting
- Electrical fixture replacements
- Plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, hot water tanks, etc.)

- Appliance servicing (disposals, dishwashers, refrigerators, washers)
- Accurately quote future work during service visits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle
