THE SCHOOL
Nord Anglia International School Al Khor (NAISAK) is a highly successful, growing school with a committed and inspirational team of teaching professionals at its heart. Secondary is 4-form entry at Key Stage 3, and 3-form entry in KS4 upwards, with approximately 430 students aged 11-18.

The Role
Responsible for providing subject matter input and consultancy in support of project and client requirements, in development and implementation of maintenance regimes (i.e., Maintenance Philosophies and Strategies) and maintenance related data (i.e., asset registers, material inventories, maintenance procedures, etc.) for CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.).
Primary focus will be on developing documentation and data for CMMS system maintenance builds for new projects (greenfield) and further developing, enhancing, improving, optimising maintenance documentation and CMMS Data on systems currently in use within operations (brownfield), with an overarching objective of delivering maintenance regimes to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel, and production processes in operations.
A key aspect of this role is ensuring client satisfaction and requirements are met, in developing quality maintenance build solutions, within scope, budget and to strict timescales.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide subject matter discipline input and consultancy across maintenance, reliability, and asset management work scopes, which may include the following specific activities: maintenance strategy development; critical spares reviews; maintenance data builds; data cleansing; reliability, availability, and maintainability modelling; FMEA / RCM; RCAs; and criticality assessments
- Provide input to and technical leadership on maintenance data building, cleansing and optimization projects
- Undertake project reviews in accordance with Wood's review and checking procedures, and provide feedback to maintenance team and project processes
- Review and approve assigned Wood deliverables
- Ensure self-awareness of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives and industry technology developments

Typical responsibilities
• Register and transmit internal, vendor and client documentation for the project.
• Check documentation to ensure that formats comply with company and client standards.
• Archiving Project and Corporate Records, either hardcopy or electronically; and the identification, indexing, transfer, storage, protection, retrieval, retention and disposition of the records.
• Ensure all project documentation is imported into document management system and filed accordingly
• Ensure all documentation is transmitted to the client as per client requirements and in an expedient manner

Responsibilities
- Develops working drawings, within company and industry standards and codes, from equipment specifications and detailed drawings to support completion of engineering deliverables.

Responsible for Production & Development Geology activities in QatarEnergy nonoperated International O&G assets. Carry out reservoir characterization & regional studies, appraisal plans, evaluation of well data, cores & SWC's, RCA & SCAL
analysis, fluid samples & dynamic data in order to build conceptual framework needed for reservoir modelling and implementation of development plans for conventional and unconventional reservoirs. Build 3D geomodels from scratch, integrating all static and dynamic information, including environment of deposition (EOD) and seismic attributes utilizing multidisciplinary approach. Work closely with reservoir engineers to integrate data to identify optimum development and infill well locations and completion targets for best recovery, plus recommendations of areas for potential incremental reserves addition. Reviewing all non-operated assets' daily well reports and all geological data and ensuring best quality data is obtained.
