Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Law (advanced qualifications like a Master's in Law or specialized certifications are a plus)
- 8-10 years of solid legal experience in a corporate or group environment
- Strong command of contract law, compliance, corporate governance, and dispute resolution
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while effectively engaging with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of GCC regulations and practices preferred.
- Hospitality experience is a must.

Requirements
• Law degree obtained from universities identified in the World Higher Education Database (WHED) published by the International Association of Universities. • More than 15 years of practical and relevant experience since obtaining the educational qualifications specified, with a minimum of 7 years of specialized experience in transaction advisory and PPPs. • Minimum of 7 years of experience working in North America, W. Europe, UK, Australia, or New Zealand or an equivalent developed country or GCC. • Minimum 7 years of experience with roles similar to the proposed role. • In-depth knowledge of PPP procedures and processes. • In-depth understanding of sector and environmental legislation and regulations. • Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large PPP projects. • Strong communication skills both orally and written to build and maintain excellent working relationships within complex structures, both internally and with various project stakeholders. Desirable Requirements: • Master’s degree in a relevant field. • Highly desirable to have Chartership, Licensed or Professional Certification obtained from internationally recognized professional institutions or organizations. • Highly desirable to have Arabic language skills. • Highly desirable to have experience in Qatar and/or the Gulf region.
