**Position Overview**:
The role is responsible for providing leadership and clear strategic direction for the Managed Security Services Practice Unit. This will include envisioning, developing, and institutionalizing cutting-edge MSS strategies to create a robust opportunity pipeline, developing selling, influencing, presenting, and proposing managed security services, digitalization programs, either independently or as part of integrated service offerings with other business units. Responsibilities include forecasting and budget planning, managing revenue recognition and cash flow, organizing, and managing teams for engagements, determining the structure and substance of deliverables, facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, managing engagement risk as well as engagement economics.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Client Management**
- Assist the Business Unit Head, Cybersecurity in the development and implementation of managed security services strategy and activities.
- Oversee evaluation, enhancement, or development, of clients Cybersecurity Management programs including technology controls, process controls, and governance, risk and compliance elements.

**Delivery Excellence**
- Oversee PU’s activities and operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.
- Ensure optimal resource utilization in all projects concerning the practice without compromising on quality of deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Responsible for review of new, developing, and existing programs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and review quality assurance standards for projects aligned to the organizational standards.
- Ensure that risk mitigation plans are in place prior to commencement of the project.

**Financial Performance**
- Execute the revenue recognition, gross margin & net profitability objectives of the practice through continuous collaboration with business development, sales and delivery team.
- Execute on project deliverables in alignment with business profitability objectives.
- Sign off on the financial MIS reports in accordance with estimates, check for seepage of revenue etc.

**Sales and Pre-Sales Support**
- Review the technical proposals concerning the practice and ensure alignment align with GTM strategy.
- Liaises with the stakeholders to assimilate information, conduct analysis, and recommend new and suitable solutions for existing and potential clients to create compelling and differentiated managed security solutions and value propositions.

**Other Strategic Responsibilities**
- Create and establish best practices, frameworks, and governance for evolving technology operations.
- Promote technological research aligned organization vision, values, practices, and user projects.
- Ramp-up capacity and certification plans for MSS, OT Security, vendor certifications for networking and other certifications for testing.

**Client Management**
- Facilitate timely resolution of all customer feedback and handling of escalations if any.
- Define a plan to align client’s business, people and culture, governance, platforms, security and service & operations to the strategy.
- Help develop client security programs by reviewing existing programs; conducting comprehensive reviews of threats; evaluating and analyzing relevant data points.
- Identify and recommend innovative, automated and analytics driven approaches to assess and design security controls.
- Lead the 24×7 operations of the SOC to ensure optimal identification / resolution of security incidents and enhance client security.

**Contract Management**
- Oversee composition of system documentation, review and recommend changes in requirements, design, and code reviews.
- Conduct risk reviews regularly during the project execution phase.
- Ensure the quality of service by ensuring delivery adheres to the project scope properly.
- Handle scope creep if escalated by Delivery Leader.
- Create reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations and presentation to Business Unit Leader - Cybersecurity and other top management.

***Financial Performance**
- Regulate financials to ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue financial targets are met.

**Sales and Pre-Sales Support**
- Manage the offering-development phase by evaluating project plan to identify potential problem areas and suggest the recommendations.

**Tender Management**
- Review and recommend the financial and resource requirement estimate at project level for new Tenders.

**Other Operational Responsibilities**
- Provide regular updates and practice reports to the Business Unit Leader - Cybersecurity and other top management.

- Manage undesirable behaviour in a professional manner, intervening and defusing potential altercations
- Liaise with Police in the absence of Security Team Leader
- Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty
- Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations

- High school graduate or above
- Good physical condition
- At least two (2) years of law enforcement experience either in a Security Bureau or military training
- Must be knowledgeable about fire procedures, disaster plan procedures, bomb threats and hotel evacuation procedures
- Should be well-versed in local law/government regulation
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- SIA trained and licensed
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Good grooming standards
- Ability to work under pressure, keeping calm in emergency situations
- Ability to work on their own or in teams

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

- Previous experience in customer service environment
- First Aid
- Knowledge of P. A.C.E.
- IT proficiency

Responsibilities Maintain site security by monitoring the auction perimeter and ensuring proper authorized clearance for personnel, customers, transport, and supply companies, in accordance with site policies and procedures. Provide excellent customer service by assisting dealers in locating and shipping vehicles, and helping customers with general inquiries. Ensure all personnel and customer access complies with pre-set site policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Delivery Driver Position We have a full-time Delivery Driver position available in our warehouse. Responsibilities include: Deliver goods to customers and retail outlets. Assist with two-person deliveries, furniture assembly, and general warehouse duties during busy periods. Applicants must have proven customer service experience and be willing to work as part of an energetic team. To succeed in this role, you should: Possess a clean and full driver’s license.
