Job Description

• Machine Operation: Operate Beam Saw machines to cut wood, MDF, chipboard, or other materials as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Setup and adjustments: Set up the machine, adjust saw blades, speed and feed rates for different materials and job requirements.
• Quality control: Inspect materials before and after cutting to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the machine operates efficiently
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of materials used, production output, and machine performance
• Collaboration: Work with Team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

· Responsible for startup and shut down procedure.
