An established digital solutions provider in the Middle East is looking to hire an experienced Product Strategy & Innovation Manager to join its Strategy and Transformation function. This is a senior role aimed at driving the development, optimisation, and delivery of innovative digital products and services across key market segments.
The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the organisation's product offerings. You will evaluate existing services, shape new solutions aligned with market needs, and oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimisation. The role also involves close collaboration across business units, strategy, finance, and marketing to ensure offerings meet commercial and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy through market research, competitive analysis, and innovation
- Evaluate and reconfigure existing offerings to meet changing customer and market needs
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and ongoing optimisation
- Develop business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Integrate emerging technologies to ensure product relevance and competitive edge
- Mentor team members and support capability building, performance, and engagement
Key Skills
- Extensive relevant experience, including proven experience within a similar industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
- Strong track record of launching and optimising digital or enterprise solutions
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and innovation strategy
- Experience working with or leading projects involving emerging technologies (e.g. IoT, enterprise platforms)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

- Lead in the curation, selection and acquisition of entertainment content, ensuring they meets the standards of quality, diversity, and relevance. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refresh and expand the content library.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate content delivery systems seamlessly into the inflight entertainment platform. Leverage technology solutions to enhance the passenger experience and streamline content management processes
- Utilize data analytics and passenger feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of content offerings. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize viewer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements, copyright laws, and industry regulations governing the distribution of entertainment content. Stay informed about changes in regulations and proactively address any compliance issues.
- Perform other department related duties as directed by Line Manager or Head of Department.

The Business Development Manager - Flow Meters is responsible for developing and driving critical initiatives to grow Emerson's Flow Meter business across Qatar. - Market & Opportunity Development
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across customer segments (EPCs, End Users, OEMs) in strategic industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, Water, and Metals. Build a robust funnel with focus on early-stage visibility (Pre-FEED, FEED) and high-value pursuits. Identify customer problems with existing flow technologies, competition flow meters, application challenges etc. and convert into an opportunity by providing suitable solution to customer from Emerson Flow solutions.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, engineering team members, and procurement influencers. Act as a counterpart to customers' subject matter experts and coordinate with account managers to ensure aligned engagement.

- Tendering & Proposal Support

- Develops and maintains strong customer relationships and partnerships with key decision makers.
- Educates customers about MSI’s products and services and consistently emphasizes our value proposition.
- Researches the competition and the markets of MSI and our customers to stay abreast of competitors, developments in competitive products, and changes in the market. Shares information with MSI sales team as necessary.
- Proactively communicates with the customer to ensure all commitments and obligations for the customer are met and/or are exceeded throughout the project/order and provides ongoing support to ensure that needs are met.
- Provides excellent customer service by providing quotes, order confirmations, and following through on potential opportunities in a timely manner.
- Maintains a positive buying experience for the customer during each transaction.
- Other duties as assigned to support the growth of MSI.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Marketing or related field. In lieu of degree, equivalent relevant experience accepted.
- Extensive business to business sales experience.
- Strong relationships with EPC companies.
- Proven ability to maintain a high client retention rate (75%+) and increase client base by 25-50%.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Products, advanced skill level in Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-directed and able to independently manage time and projects; results driven.
- Ability to gather, analyze and accurately interpret detailed information.
- Demonstrated above average organizational skills.
There is a minimal risk of injury. Work hours are generally during normal business hours and average 40 hours a week. May require additional hours when working with customers. Business travel required at least 50% of the time. Consistent and regular attendance required.
