Role Overview
To function as an NPD Trainer responsible for delivering operational and new product training across our CPU's, ensuring that all teams understand and consistently apply production standards, operational procedures, and the brand's food philosophy. This role will work closely with the kitchen training team to support the rollout of new products, maintain high-quality food production, and drive operational excellence. Main Responsibilities
- Product Development:
- Oversee the Modification of dishes, ensuring alignment with health and wellness trends in conjunction with the R&D team within their MP.

- Analyze customer feedback and market data to continuously improve and innovate meal offerings.
- Collaboration and Coordination:

Qualifications
About you
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic professional to join the Product Development and Design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Aviation Management or related discipline with a minimum of 7 years' experience in strategy, product research, insights and/or management consulting roles, preferably in aviation, travel, hospitality or related sectors.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent methodologies with demonstrated experience in process improvement, SOP development and KPI framework design.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Products portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the fintech and banking ecosystem, a passion for customer-centric innovation, and hands-on experience driving products from concept to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation and strategy to development, launch, and iteration.
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company goals and regulatory frameworks in the GCC region, specifically Qatar.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and compliance to deliver high-quality products.
- Prioritize product backlog and manage agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements
- Experience: 6-8 years in Product Management within fintech, banking, or payments domains.
- Regional Knowledge: Proven experience and understanding of GCC markets — customer behaviors, regulatory frameworks, and digital banking trends.
- Technical & Business Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital banking, cards, payments, and open banking ecosystems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and product management tools (JIRA, ClickUp, etc.).
- Ability to work with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, and payment infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
