Responsibilities
As a Leasing Agent in our company in Qatar, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the rental of residential or commercial properties on behalf of property owners or management companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new properties and list them.
- Create listings and advertisements for new and available properties.
- Utilize various marketing channels (online listings, social media, etc.) to attract potential tenants and buyers.
- Conduct property tours to showcase available units to prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Review rental applications and conduct background checks on potential clients.
- Negotiate lease and rental rates with vendors/tenants.
- Prepare lease agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined. Coordinate the signing of lease documents by both parties.
- Ensure a smooth move-in process for new tenants.
- Provide regular reports to management on leasing, vacancies, and occupancy rates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and other customers.
- Resolve conflicts that may arise between tenants and property owners or management.
- Identify opportunities to enhance leasing processes and customer service delivery.
Work Experience
Minimum 2 – 3 years with a proven track record as a leasing agent or broker in a reputed real estate company.
Education
Minimum High School
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
