Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar for a Marketing Advertising Specialist. The Marketing Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, collaborating with creative teams to produce engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, and maintaining client relationships. The specialist will also participate in creating PR strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and driving sales efforts to promote client brands effectively.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in digital advertising / performance marketing (agency or brand side).
- Proven track record managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
Technical skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Ability to plan, launch, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns for conversions, leads, sales, and awareness goals.
- Ability to prepare
comprehensive ad performance reports
(CTR, CPA, engagement, conversions).
- Social Media Management
- Expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audiences.
- Skilled in budget management, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- Experience collaborating with designers/copywriters to develop engaging creatives (static, video, carousel, reels, stories, etc.).
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and client/internal collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different platforms and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to campaign planning.
Preferred
- Certifications: Meta Blueprint, Google Ads Certification, TikTok Ads Certification.
- Experience with influencer collaborations, funnel building, or e-commerce campaigns.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Twitter/X Ads, or other emerging ad platforms is a plus.
