Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Construction Manager to lead multidisciplinary site execution for a major pipeline project . This role involves managing all construction disciplines including piping, offplot pipelines, structural steel, fiber optic & power cables, electrical, and instrumentation. Key Responsibilities

Purpose of the position:

• Responsible as focal point of communication amongst Subcontractors, Fabrication Yards and Clients with regards daily activities of Fabrication SCTR related with fabrication progress.
• Preparation of execution strategy and plan prior to the Project Started.
• Conducts the overall planning, management and execution of the Projects considering the aspect of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE), Quality, Cost.

• A Bilingual (English and Arabic) with Minimum overall experience of 15+ years, of which 5 years' experience as a program Manager for a medium to large-sized health care business.
  
• Certified PMI or equivalent preferred
  
• Experience in Health Insurance Project Management
  
• Experienced in handling project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements.
  
• Vast Experience of Hands-on practice working in the Health Insurance industry, Providers and Payers side.
  
• Skilled at creating, analyzing, and managing budgets.
  
• Proficient at using technology in project management processes.
  
• Has a firm understanding of health care sector.

• Cerner (Clinical Information system), CRCM experience is preferred
  
• Knowledge of Arabic language is added advantage
