About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Project Manager to lead this new delivery-based business model. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a full operational and marketing plan to ensure Pick N Shake continues to reach customers through innovative, accessible, and cost-efficient channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive launch plan for the delivery-only concept.
  • Establish partnerships with delivery platforms, events, and strategic venues.
  • Create marketing visuals, videos, and social media content that attract and retain customers with a minimal budget.
  • Manage staffing plans, including hiring and scheduling for kitchen and delivery operations.
  • Coordinate daily production and delivery logistics with the central kitchen.
  • Explore new business opportunities (corporate orders, catering, event booths).
  • Monitor performance, customer feedback, and cost efficiency to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in F&B operations, delivery management, or project development.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and customer acquisition channels.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
