Participate in training and rollout material creation.

Requirements Qualifications, Experience & Skills Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree
Specialization in engineering, data science, computer science, or information systems management (preferred)
Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) and ITIL certifications
Project Management or Business Analysis certifications or equivalent experience (preferred)
Minimum Experience
At least 6 years of experience in digital product development with agile teams
Proven track record of successful digital product delivery
Experience with digital transformation in industrial settings, preferably Oil & Gas
Job-Specific Skills
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices
Design Thinking or UX / UI skills (a plus)
