QT requires the support of the administrative and technical specialists to be fully dedicated to providing comprehensive support in the field of management of specialized projects and programs and within QT, these include:
1. Tourism Experience Sector.

2. Marketing Sector

3. Regulatory Affairs Sector.

4. Operation Sectors

5. Technical support for projects and programs management with the relevant administrative units

The scope of work of each specialist includes the following:
1. Support in the management of all projects related to the department or project

2. Prepare the necessary reports and statistics for each project and submitting them to the head of the department or project.

3. Update the programs applied in QT to develop and speed up the work.

4. Support QT staff to implement programs and projects emanating from the Qatar National Tourism

Sector Strategy (QNTSS).

5. Coordinate with the administrative units and the partners of the QT, as required

6. Implement any related tasks to his/her field based on the instructions from direct manger/project manager.

**Experience**

for Diploma holders : 7-9 years

for Bachelor : 5-7 years

**Must Have**

Diploma/ Bachelor Degree

1. Carries out project management activities from development to implementation under the supervision of the Senior Project Officer or Project Manager

2. Effectively communicates project issues to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner

3. Coordinates with project stakeholders on an on-going basis, providing updates and involvement

4. Assists in estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals

5. Monitors project timelines and milestones using appropriate project management tools

6. Tracks project milestones and deliverables

7. Proactively identify changes in project scope and reports them to the Project Manager; identifies potential project crises and devises contingency plans

8. Executes the day-to-day operational aspects of the project tasks; minimizes risk

9. Prepares project-related written communications in concise and grammatically correct language

10. Effectively applies project management methodologies and standards

11. Assists the Project Manager in preparing for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures

12. Facilitates complete and current project documentation; ensures appropriate documentation warehousing

13. Analyzes project financials, including budget compliance, if required

14. Utilizes best practices and tools for project execution and management

15. Performs other duties as required.

Experience :

a) Experience in managing the administrative functions of the person-centered care certification program in a multi-facility (50+ beds) de-centralized healthcare system (PREFERRED).

Mandatory Requirement :

b) 3-5 years experience in project or operations or events management or communications / PR agency

General information:You as an Project support, warehouse, logistic specialist will be part of Power Grids business based in Doha, Qatar. Supporting the execution of service project and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & Environment requirements, financial tar-gets, as well as schedule commitments.Responsibilities:Import related activities: Reviewing shipping documents and ensure the documents are in line with Qatar customs requirement. Arranging quotes and finalize freight forwarder for Air freight & sea freight shipments and closing liaison with suppliers, freight forwarder & clearing agents to ensure the goods are customs cleared in a time bound manner. Also arranging approval from different ministries of EPC, Metrology, ICT for specific materials like chemicals, DGR cargo, telecommunications related items for custom clearance. Inventory management & warehousing: Coordinating with warehouse for receipt and physical verification of materials w.r.to shipping documents and Maintaining inventory file with all materials stored in warehouse. Regular update Inventory file for correct material availability status and coordination with warehouse for issuance of materials and reviewing of old Inventory and arrange disposal of old unused materials as per approvals from manager. GRN / PGI in SAP: Processing GRN in SAP upon delivery of material as per INCO terms and PGI in SAP for SD orders and prepare SAP delivery note for delivery to customers. If required, manual delivery note to be prepared. Transportation: Arranging transport and deliver materials to customer / project site and providing customer signed delivery note to the PMs for invoicing to customer. Handing over materials to customer or Kahramaa: Coordinating with Kahramaa representative and arrange delivery to KM warehouse. Submitting delivery note with material list to get the MTF form and E codes and arranging packing of materials, labelling, helpers to deliver the materials as per the agreed dates to KM. Export Related Activities: Arranging packing for the materials and freight forwarder or courier and preparation of shipping documents, AWB online and maintaining the ex-port log file. Also, coordination with factories for project defective materials and updating defect list on share point. Invoice Handling: Maintaining DHL invoices for courier cost allocation and GAC invoices for warehouse cost allocation to the relevant WBS or SO or Cost. SAP approvals: PO and SES release at SC level. Order Monitoring: Updating order monitoring file and follow up with suppliers for on time delivery and following up with suppliers for shipment readiness in coordination with PMs / SCM team. Expediting the delivery by regular follow up with suppliers in close coordination with PMs. Upon PO placement to supplier by GBS, ensure that all material orders are monitored as per INCO terms. Safety and Integrity: Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.Your background:3+ years' experience in Warehouse Keeping and Logistics Specialist.
