Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Odour Control Design Specialist to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing :
- Develop solutions to manage and mitigate odours.
- Analyze the chemical composition and dispersion patterns of odours.
- Develop odour control systems and technologies tailored to specific environments.
- Design systems such as biofilters, scrubbers, carbon adsorption units, and thermal oxidizers.
- Ensure that designs and systems comply with local, national, and international environmental regulations and standards.
What Required Skills You'll Bring :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited University with Professional Qualifications from a recognized International Institution and with a professional career development record all as approved by the Engineer.
- Minimum of 15 years post-graduate and demonstrable overall experience, out of which minimum 5 years as a Manager / Technical lead in a design management capacity of similar works.
- Must have experience in managing, reviewing and approving of design documents and drawings associated with odor control facilities, odor systems and other associated systems like air extraction / renewal systems.
- In-depth knowledge of odour control technologies and systems, understanding of chemical processes and environmental engineering principles.
- Ability to analyze data related to odour dispersion and chemical composition, proficiency in using analytical tools and software.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards related to air quality and odour control, ability to ensure compliance with these regulations.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring :
- Must have excellent communication skills and experience of large scale project delivery and design team management.
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to use design software is compulsory; must be computer literate.

- Create and manage marketing strategies to promote properties on various platforms.
- Understand and recognize clients’ needs and financials capacity to suggest solutions that suit them.
- Handle negotiation processes, consult clients on market environment, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Introduce properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Recommend properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
**Requirements**:
- Currently residing in Qatar
- Strong in sales, negotiating, presenting, and strong in communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Team leader and can work in a fast phase community.
- With Qatar Driving License
