We are seeking a Cargo Safety Compliance Manager to strengthen our position as a leader in global cargo by promoting a strong safety culture and implementing standardized safety practices across the network. Responsibilities

Liaise with GDP and Ground Handling Agencies (GHAs) and conduct audits at stations. Ensure GHA training is reviewed to meet Qatar Airways requirements and manage/release safety bulletins for the cargo network. Ensure integration with the corporate safety team’s strategy and full adherence to the company’s Safety Management Systems standards. Develop a risk assessment approach for key safety-related matters including freighter special loads and standardize procedures. Ensure corrective actions are implemented and reviewed for all occurrences at station, regional, or global levels. Issue cargo safety alerts and provide inputs to the cargo newsletter, website, and other communications as required. Deliver safety initiatives and information to all staff and implement procedural changes at stations to ensure safety compliance. Perform other department duties as directed by the Head of the Department. Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with at least 7+ years’ experience in safety, security and compliance management. Proven expertise in cargo safety, compliance and regulatory frameworks. Thorough understanding of IATA/TACT regulations and familiarity with GSGHA agreement clauses. Strong analytical and risk management skills with the ability to design and implement structured safety programs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and drive safety culture across the network. **Job Description** Health & Safety Supervisor**

Health & Safety Supervisor is responsible to assist the HSE Manager running the day-to-day operation of the Health & Safety department ensuring that safe work practices are implemented / conducted in all areas of the waterpark.
- Assist the HSE Manager with the implementation of health and safety policies, procedures and standards.
- Outlines safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards.
- Conducts regular site inspections to ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Prepares and maintains inspection records and produces reports that suggest improvements.
- Maintains incident records and produces statistics for management as required.
- Investigates and reports on all personal injury accidents and damage to property occurring in the waterpark and document in an incident report.
- Maintains a working knowledge of Health and Safety best practices and industry policy changes.
- Produces health and safety related reports, newsletters and bulletins.
- Advises on a range of specialist areas including fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery and occupational diseases.
- Provides safety orientations and oversee the performance of all employees in order to ensure safe work practices are followed.
- Initiates and organizes safety awareness campaigns, including occupational safety workshops and training sessions, in an effort to ensure that students and staff observe established safety guidelines and procedures.
- Carries out regular safety and security inspections of various waterpark facilities, systems and equipment, including first-aid rooms, electrical systems, fire extinguishers and fire hydrants to ensure compliance with international standards.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry (5* Hotel or resort).
- High School diploma
- 2 years of H&S experience preferably in waterpark park environment
- Strong computer proficiency of Microsoft office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages such as Arabic will be an advantage
