Mission & Role
- Assist in planning and implementing the Project Quality Management System (PQMS).
- Lead Quality Assurance activities.
- Coordinate quality efforts if no Project Quality Manager is assigned.
Key Responsibilities

**Responsibilities to Anticipate**:
Assist and work with OCONUS management team to achieve the best quality Depot operations excellence
Provide a Quality Management System that ensures the highest levels of quality in the equipment, parts, maintenance, logistics, processes and management of Qatar Depot operations
Establish, maintain, and execute detailed Quality plans for Qatar Depot Operations including audit plan
Ensure the highest level of Quality Assurance in the Kits installation, Equipment, Parts, Maintenance, logistics, Processes and operations of Qatar Depot facilities and Tech Assist/New Equipment Training
Monitor, control and dispositions of all non-conforming materials and work with appropriate functions to execute remediation in a timely manner

Witness and sign-off on upgrade kit Installations and deliveries and inspect installation procedures In accordance with requirements
Review root cause analysis and provide appropriate corrective action as needed IAW the Depot Quality Plan
Ensure that the storage environment and shipping handling are compliance IAW either of USG/Raytheon/Qatari standards
Establish and build relationship with product lines and functions team to prevent any Hardware failures

Last, to ensure successful execution of all In-Country Raytheon sustainment programs, timely depot sustainment support and overall customer satisfaction Depot Employees may be required to perform additional tasks outside of their designated job duties and responsibilities. These tasks will be identified by OCONUS managers and tied to the overall success of the company’s efforts to sustain, grow, and win new business within the country of Qatar.
**Qualifications You Must Have**:
- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Minimum of five (5+) years’ experience in the qualityengineering field with emphasis in at least three (3) of the following: failure analysis, corrective andpreventative action solutions, root cause analysis,quality audits, process controls or maintenanceoperations.

- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Projects, Access Share-Point & Visio.
- Ability to work within a diverse workforce environment.
- Excellent communicator both in writing and verbally.
- Expertise in writing SOP'S, Plans, Work Instructions, processes a plus.
- SUPERVISORY/BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides leadership, mentoring and supervision of Quality Data Management System team (Operations).
- Working Conditions:
- Must be capable of working in an extreme weather condition with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months).
- The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside.
- The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard about ambient noise level.
- Physical Requirements:
- Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
