- Evaluate material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Supervise on-site and off-site material testing and monitor results to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, QA/QC teams, and client representatives on all material-related matters.

- Strong knowledge of QCS, Ashghal standards, and international material specifications.
- Experience in working with contractors, consultants, and third-party testing labs.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
