Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Determine product conformity to customer specifications through daily surveillances and ITP inspection points in accordance with the Project Quality Plan
- Identify non-conformity for rectification and ensure final resolution
- Appraise product quality to determine conformity and non-conformity in accordance with the approved drawings and inspection & Test Plan; All inspection results need to be documented, and if non-conformity exists, documentation shall be raised to establish corrective action
- Coordinate interface with Operations, Certifying Authority, Client, Job Sharing personnel, and subcontractor, assuring the conformity to project specifications
- Exercise a proactive approach to the prevention of a problem by interacting with Production, Engineers, and Management personnel
- Liaise with customer representatives, ensuring product conformity and stage release for each activity denoted within the Project Quality Plan/ITP
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- High school diploma or degree in relevant field of study. Minimum Diploma in mechanical engineering
- Candidate should have years of experience in structural, Pipeline welding etc. related to Offshore , Oil & Gas Project for fabrication and installation
- 5+ years of Quality Control or discipline-related experience with a degree
- Proficient in the use of computer and Microsoft programs
- Must have CSWIP 3.1 valid certification with ASNT Level - II in RT,UT, MT,PT.

The Opportunity
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the QA/QC Manager will coordinate with stakeholders and engineers to build a Quality Assurance plan, inspect work (both in-progress and after completion) to ensure that completed work complies with applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations; record inspection results; prepare and submit inspection reports as required; and notify project managers if work is performed unsatisfactorily, or if a work environment is deemed to be unsafe.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for QA monitoring and evaluation of the various aspects of the system installation to ensure compliance with the statement of work requirements, design requirements,specification requirements, and OEM installation guidelines.
- Performs inspections and measurements, collecting and summarizing quality data, andmaintaining records on the results of sampling procedures.
- Collects information concerning the application of quality procedures, review of technical quality requirements, or the results of inspections and tests provide a basis for decisions and action by senior-level specialists and management.
- Performs on-site audits/inspections of completed work to ensure work is accomplished
- according to installation plan and specifications; reviews test and calibration procedures; and
- generates/tracks Corrective Action Reports as needed for workmanship issues requiring further
- forensics.
- Provides information for an overall assessment of the timely and proper implementation of new
- or revised work processes, use of modified or new equipment, and other controlling
- procedures.
- Ensures quality processes are developed in conjunction with the user requirements.
- Works as part of a team to establish parameters and specifications for databases.
- Tracks and maintains documentation of assigned quality projects.
- Reviews requirements, specifications, and documentation to gain a thorough understanding of
- the work to be certified.
- Raises issues, questions, and concerns; validates results, reports discrepancies, and follows
- through to ensure that all issues are resolved.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proficient with MS Office, including MS Project
- Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance; US Citizen

- Basic understanding of USAF Security Forces guidelines and regulations (AFI and ESS Equipment Siting Guide)
- Certifications or experience with the Honeywell Vindicator annunciator system
- A bachelor's degree plus 3 years of specialized experience, OR;
