Job Description :
As the Foreman -Property Management , you will take on a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining our diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Qatar. Your responsibilities will include :
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and maintain commercial and residential properties to ensure they are well-maintained and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collect and adjust rent, process payrolls, and prepare financial statements to ensure the smooth financial operations of the properties.
- Find and retain tenants, handle leasing, move-outs, and evictions while providing excellent customer service to our tenants.
- Develop and manage budgets, prepare reports, and ensure financial transparency for property owners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless property management.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
