Job Description- Attends the F&B meeting or any other meeting instructed by Food & Beverage Office.
- Trains continuously his staff (behaviour, suggestive selling, service skills, knowledge, etc.)
- Makes sure all operation equipment are cleaned and polished on a sufficient amount for the operation.
- Prepares daily log book with details.
- Coordinates with Engineering when repairing needs to be done via Maintenance.
- Follows up daily occupancy and take necessary action for service
- Looks after the associates and solve the Problems, which might arise from time to time.
- Suggests and recommends to the F&B Office the most efficient way of the operation
- Implements new service procedures together with the Director of Food & Beverage.
- Follows up the instructions, which are given by F&B Office.
- Handles all administration regarding his/her Outlet
- Supervises and is responsible of billing and cash flow of his/her Outlet (closing the checks, discounts, voids, Hospitality Guarantee, etc).
- Checks quality of food & beverage items temperature, presentation, quantity.
- Makes sure the restaurant is clean, always tidy, without any hazard and safe all the time.

The Food & Beverage Manager organize, manage and control all front of house food and beverage (F&B) operations as per established strategy and business plan for the financial year. - Perform other department duties related to the position as directed to the Head of the Department.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage management team. Coordinate daily communications, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure smooth departmental operations. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence related to F&B activities and performance. Liaise with kitchen, service, and banquet teams to support upcoming events and guest requirements. Ensure all reservations, group requests, and banquet orders are accurately documented and communicated. Monitor and maintain inventory of office and operational supplies for the department. Support in coordinating training schedules, employee engagement activities, and departmental meetings. Maintain high levels of guest service by handling inquiries, feedback, and special requests with efficiency and care. Uphold company standards and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences across all outlets. Qualifications
Your experience and skills include : Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations or coordination, preferably in a luxury hotel environment. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with hospitality systems (Micros, Opera, etc.) is an advantage. Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure. Team player with a positive, proactive attitude and a passion for hospitality. Additional Information
