Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regulatory Affairs professional to join our team. As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines for our client projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare and submit regulatory applications, maintain product registrations, and monitor regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit regulatory applications, including product registrations and notifications
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect necessary documentation and information
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Monitor and communicate changes in regulatory requirements that may impact our clients
  • Conduct regulatory assessments for new products and ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle
  • Participate in regulatory agency inspections and audits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop regulatory strategies and plans
  • Review and provide input on labeling and promotional materials to ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology industry
  • Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience in preparing and submitting regulatory applications
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Experience
  • Previous experience in Port State Control inspections.
  • Minimum 8 years experience as a serving officer on board seagoing vessels and/or as a Marine Surveyor.

    Qualifications
    • Master Mariner, Foreign Going Certificate or Chief Engineer, Foreign Going Certificate or BSC (Maritime Studies) or Degree in Maritime related subjects (Port Management, etc.). Command experience or sailing as Chief Engineer would be an added advantage;

Experience
  • Command experience preferable.

The primary purpose of the job is to report and review the laws, regulations, and exchange rules in connection with the products traded by the firm, both on a physical and derivative bases. The role requires a strong understanding of the global energy trading markets, including exposure to products such as LNG, Crude Oil, Natural Gas and OTC Products.

You will be responsible for identifying applicable trading regulations in the relevant jurisdictions, recommending actions to always ensure compliance, and assisting the business by taking a leading role in the preparation of internal policies & procedures, and the implementation of internal processes (Including internal and external reporting measures) to ensure compliance with all relevant trading regulations.

- Monitoring the regulatory landscape in all relevant jurisdictions, reacting to any new trade regulations and making recommendations on changes required to policies, procedures, and processes applicable to the business.

- Handling external counsels and consultants in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
