Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable rental vehicles.
- Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and verify documents.

- Manage reservations, extensions, and returns through the company system.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements
