- Support with day-to-day troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, FMCG Sector.
- A track record in commercial, client-facing, or account management roles.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
- Proven experience in B2B negotiations and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
