Provide detailed information about the hotel's recreational facilities, dining options, and activities to enhance the guest experience. Reservation Management:

Manage reservations for recreational services and dining efficiently, ensuring a seamless booking process. Coordination:

Collaborate with the Recreation and Restaurant teams to coordinate and execute special events, classes, and activities, meeting all guest needs. Service Excellence:

Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining luxury standards. Environment Maintenance:

Keep all guest areas clean and organized, ensuring a polished and inviting environment at all times. Feedback and Improvement:

Gather and relay guest feedback to improve service quality and guest satisfaction continuously. What We Are Looking For: Experience:

Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or related fields, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment. Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to multitask and handle guest requests gracefully and efficiently. Professionalism:

A polished, professional demeanor with a commitment to high service standards. Comfort working in environments where alcohol is served. Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
