**Your day to day**
As the Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for the daily room inventory management process to establish and implement pricing, yield, and selling strategies for the hotel, based on market factors and company guidelines. Manage all aspects of competitor intelligence; pricing; management of room inventory, and/or the yield hurdle points; distribution channels, market segment mix; acceptance/denial of major group bookings. Lead the onsite Reservation Teams, you will report directly to the hotel’s General Manager. Maximize all revenues to and for the Hotel, including but not limited to Rooms, Restaurants and Banquet/Catering Revenues.

Overview
Senior SAP ABAP/Tax & Revenue Management (TRM) Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP TRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on the SAP Tax & Revenue Management (TRM) module, including Public Sector Collection & Disbursement (PSCD). The role requires technical and functional proficiency to support business needs in tax compliance, revenue collection, and financial processes.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement custom ABAP solutions in the SAP TRM environment.
- Develop enhancements, reports, interfaces, workflows, forms (Adobe Forms/SmartForms), and BADI/BAPI implementations for TRM functionalities.
- Configure and extend SAP PSCD (Public Sector Collection and Disbursement) for revenue management and tax processing.
- Integrate SAP TRM with other SAP modules such as FI-CA, FI-CO, and CRM.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, performance optimization, and secure coding standards.
- Diagnose and resolve support incidents. Enhance the current TRM system and develop/customize the business processes as per the business expectations, along with necessary testing and documentation.
- Experience working in CR.
- 8-10 years of experience in Public Sector Collection and Disbursement (PSCD).
- 8-10 years Development Specialist - ABAP for SAP HANA
- 8-10 years ABAP with SAP NetWeaver
- 8-10 years Development on SAP PIPO
- 8-10 years Development Associate - SAP Fiori Application Developer
- 8-10 years of implementing and support Tax & Revenue Management (TRM) Solutions using SAP.
- Ability to interact with different levels of business to clearly define business requirements and translate it to technical.
- Experience in TRM / PCSD is preferable.
- Working with Tax authorities in understanding the tax laws & related legislations.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and globally dispersed virtual team environment, collaborating with other team members.
- Experience supporting/implementing SAP solutions within the Public Sector.
- Experience in managing data migration.
- Experience in delivering training.
- Experience in managing a team of functional consultants.
- Should have extensive tax background.
