Qualifications & Competencies:
Proven experience in food & beverage management, preferably in room service or luxury hospitality. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of POS systems, room service procedures, and food safety regulations. Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
