Role Overview

The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing site-level HSE activities, supervising Safety Officers, and ensuring compliance with EPC-3 SHES Critical Position requirements. This role requires proven supervisory experience in Oil & Gas projects, with strong technical knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Safety Officers to ensure SHES standards are implemented on-site.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas safety experience (Qatar/GCC preferred).
  • Certification: NEBOSH IGC (mandatory) or equivalent, in line with EPC-3 SHES Critical Position requirements.
  • Additional HSE certifications (OSHA, ISO 45001, H2S, Confined Space, First Aid/CPR) are an advantage.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
