Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, is currently looking for a Safety Compliance Supervisor specializing in Train/Metro projects. This role is critical in ensuring that all safety and compliance protocols are adhered to during the operation and maintenance of train and metro systems. As the Safety Compliance Supervisor, you will oversee safety programs, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety compliance programs and policies for train and metro operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential safety risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Facilitate safety training sessions for employees and stakeholders involved in train and metro operations.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and make recommendations for preventive measures.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and report findings to management for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Act as a point of contact for safety-related inquiries and concerns among staff and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in safety compliance supervision in the transportation or rail industry.
• In-depth knowledge of local and international safety regulations related to train and metro operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and influence others.
• Experience in conducting safety audits and risk assessments.
• Proven track record in incident investigation and reporting.
• Professional certifications in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Willingness to travel to different sites as required.

What You'll Do:

1. Responsible for formulating and implementing sales training plans, including training content on sales skills, product knowledge, category operations, market trends, etc.
2. Supervise the progress and effect of internal training of the sales team, adjust training directions and methods in a timely manner to maximize training effectiveness.
3. Follow up on the sales performance of the sales team and the performance of new employees, provide personalized internal training guidance and support to help team members achieve sales goals.
4. Assist the sales team in solving problems and difficulties encountered in the sales process, and establish a knowledge base system.
5. Regularly organize sales training evaluations and feedback, continuously improve training programs, and enhance the overall quality of the sales team.

What We Need From You:

1. Master's degree or above, major is not limited.
2. Have more than 4 years of work experience in sales training or internal training, with priority given to those who have experience in large-scale on-site teams (such as internal training experience in 3C, 4S systems, etc.).
3. Familiar with sales business processes and sales skills, with good communication and organizational skills.
4. Have strong learning ability and adaptability, able to quickly understand and grasp the company's sales training needs.
5. Have a good team spirit and service awareness, able to effectively lead the team to achieve sales goals.
6. Fluent in English, which can be used as the main language at work.

• تحليل احتياجات التدريب بناءً على نتائج تقييم الأداء، والمسار الوظيفي للموظف، ومتطلبات العمل
• إعداد خطة التدريب السنوية لموظفي الهلال بناءً على احتياجات التدريب
• تصميم الدورات التدريبية الداخلية والخارجية وفقا لخطة التدريب
• متابعة تنفيذ خطة وبرامج التدريب واستخدام الادوات المناسبة لقياس مدى الفائدة الراجعة من االتدريب
• تقييم مستوى مراكز ومعاهد التدريب والمدربين بشكل مستمر لضمان جودة البرامج التدريبية
• رفع تقرير نهائي بنتائج التدريب الى رئيس وحدة التطوير والتدريب.
• التأكد من ربط الأهداف السنوية ومؤشرات الأداء للموظفين باستراتيجية الهلال.

متطلبات الوظيفة :

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية و التدريب والتطوير
• مؤهل جامعي في ادارة الاعمال او الموارد البشرية
• شهادة مهنية في الموارد البشرية أو ما يعادلهاPHR, SPHR, CIPD
• فهم ممتاز للممارسات الرائدة في مجال التدريب وتقييم الاداء الوظيفي
• الإلمام بمنهجية تحليل الاحتياجات التدريبية وبناء خطط التدريب والتطوير
• الاطلاع على قانون العمل القطري والاجراءات والانظمة الحكومية المنظمة للقوى العاملة بالدولة. ·
• إجادة اللغة العربية
