Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Business Development

  • Achieve Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed individual and boutique Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Individual Sales Volume, Units Per Transaction (UPT), and Average Dollar Per Sale (ADS).
  • Expert Selling Ceremony: Conduct a highly professional and personalized selling ceremony tailored to the luxury client experience.
  • Product Expertise: Master in-depth knowledge of premium leather materials, Italian craftsmanship, and the product collection (e.g., footwear, accessories, bags) to articulate value and tell compelling brand stories.

Clientele & Relationship Management

  • Targeted Client Acquisition: Proactively attract, recruit, and develop a loyal client base, with a specific focus on regional Khaleeji male clientele.
