- Achieve Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed individual and boutique Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Individual Sales Volume, Units Per Transaction (UPT), and Average Dollar Per Sale (ADS).
- Expert Selling Ceremony: Conduct a highly professional and personalized selling ceremony tailored to the luxury client experience.
- Product Expertise: Master in-depth knowledge of premium leather materials, Italian craftsmanship, and the product collection (e.g., footwear, accessories, bags) to articulate value and tell compelling brand stories.
Clientele & Relationship Management
