Seeking a full-time to join our budding e-commerce department, specializing in growing our clients online branding, traffic, and sales.
Responsibilities :
Manage a wide range of projects, including organic optimization, paid search marketing, Social Networks, blog implementation, link-building, etc.
Develop a marketing web site to promote touristic products & services
Creating and implementing online marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue for a company.
Provide guidance and thought leadership to a growing team of passionate search engine marketers
Social networks monitoring of activity, question answering, content creation, trend analyzing, issue resolving
Develop insightful, thorough recommendations to improve technical, design, content, on-page and off-page optimization elements
Manage day-to-day client relationships through conference calls and presentations
Manage the procurement and submissions of high-quality copywriters, including; locating authors, negotiating article rates, creating content outlines, content creation, keyword enhancement, submission and other related tasks
Work closely with clients to conceive and spec out new and improved Internet Marketing strategies that meet stated goals.
Research new technologies for continually improving our Internet marketing services offering.
Web traffic and source analytics monitoring and reporting against key performance indicators
Website maintenance and search engine optimisation updating and improving content, helping to ensure the site structure is search engine efficient, maintenance of target keywords and phrases (with a supporting content plan to drive better rankings), ensuring all SEO activity is aligned to the particular products / services etc of the organisation.
Database marketing maintenance of lists, segmentation, compliance with data law, goal setting and tracking conversion)
Affiliations contract administration, financial control of payments / receipts, promotion of special deals
Paid Search control of budgets, success tracking and testing of different key words / phrases, return on investments reporting
Data input this will be determined by the needs of the organisation
Working with external PR and others in the pursuit of high quality and relevant inbound links and recommendations etc
Contribute a passion and ongoing knowledge of internet and digital marketing as a key member of the marketing team
It is expected that you will spend a portion of your time staying current with the latest SEO news and tactics discussed within online journals, forums and whitepapers (etc.).
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
2+ years of internet marketing experience preferred
BA or BS, ideally with emphasis in communications, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field
Strong understanding of current Web design best practices.
Good IT skills
Strong understanding of effective new media marketing / advertising strategies.
Deep knowledge and interest in SEO, SEM, blogs, Social networks and business analytics
Strong understanding of search engine-friendly web design and ability to make critical design and technical recommendations
Experience working with small / medium businesses
Must have a proven track record of delivering results through ethical search engine optimization techniques
Should be organized, analytical, energetic, highly creative and capable of finding solutions to problems.
Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills are required, understanding of Arabic language is a plus
Strong ability to provide customer satisfaction
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing environment to meet aggressive deadlines
Sense of humor
Clear understanding of Search Engine Optimization
Preferred Qualifications
Google AdWords certified
Experience with Social Media strategy development and execution
