**Position Summary**:
This role is all about providing our sales teams with the required support in a busy and ever-changing environment. Your main responsibilities are making sure the team have all the necessary information to succeed, by running reports, making sure the data and CRM are always up to date and accurate, and providing credit notes for your colleagues in a fast, efficient and professional manner. **A day in the life of.**:
- Support the preparation of monthly Sales Targets by Salesmen by channel and the calculation of Sales force incentive payout.
- Generate timely and meticulous reporting for TTS OLK based on official commercial policy and updated Customer plans, Real Internal Growth (RIG), Business Progress Performance, Rebates OLK, TTS Mapping, Sales by Brand / SKU / Channel / Customer, Credit Limit revisions and reviewing risk categories.
- Consolidate Monthly Activity Plans, Analysis & submission of Direct Delivery (DD) Dashboards, CCS. Preps of all GBMs dashboards.
- Responsible for assisting in the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process preparation by creating the right tools in coordination with GBM & CM. Continuous update required until the ICP is finalized and ready to be distributed by channel by customer while floating with DF.
- Stir the analysis for all reports upon submission and for orchestrating/ leading the advisory role for all stake holders "GBM/CM/CCSD" to effectively guide the proper decision making.
- Ensure that all customer Business Development Agreements are adhering to commercial policy and are signed and saved/archived properly. End of Year Rebates calculation. Ensure that no rebates are paid for customers without an official agreement.
- Prepare al the templates and PPT slides for GBM and channel managers related to corporate presentations. Update country Fact sheets relative information.
- Ensure timely training to new roles holders.
- Plan & Perform Role for TTS and Del. PFME on CRM.
- Track and ensure activities are planned and executed and closed on CRM as per the best practice.
**What will make you successful**:
- University degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Previous FMCG experience.
- Good proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of ACCESS is a plus
