Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Clienteling
• Own a high-value client portfolio: nurture, retain, and expand it through one-to-one engagement.
• Design and execute personalized client contact plans (calls, messages, visits) based on data insights.
• Lead gifting, events, and personal treatment programs tailored to top-tier clients.
• Support boutique staff with coaching on relationship building, tone, timing, and follow-ups.
CRM Strategy & Execution
• Develop the boutique's CRM roadmap, aligning with regional/global guidelines.
• Ensure rigorous data quality: correct capture of contactability, preferences, purchase history, etc.
• Segment client base and define targeted campaigns — acquisition, reactivation, upsell.
• Monitor CRM performance KPIs (e.g. client penetration, share of wallet, retention, frequency).
• Coordinate CRM tool enhancements, rollouts, and training.
Sales & Revenue Responsibility
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive outreach and leveraging CRM pipeline.
• Convert qualified leads and walk-ins through high-level service and expertise.

• Forecast revenue, track performance, and adjust strategic plans dynamically.
Cross-Functional & Leadership

• Train, mentor, and inspire boutique sales teams on CRM usage, clienteling best practices, and data-driven selling.
• Analyze performance reports; present insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy policies, consent tracking, and client communication standards.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2-3 years in luxury retail / high jewelry / fashion with combined sales + CRM / clienteling responsibilities (or similar mix)
• Strong fluency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, bespoke clienteling tools)
• Excellent data analytical skills and ability to translate numbers into strategy
