  • Quotation Management: Verify and submit all sales quotations to clients and partners accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Daily Reporting: Review daily activities with the General Manager every morning and evening to ensure alignment and progress tracking. Highlight any unattended or unresolved issues and maintain them on the pending list for prompt resolution.
  • Office Management & Professional Conduct: Uphold office discipline, maintain a clean and professional environment, enforce the company's code of ethics, and ensure sufficient office supplies and resource coordination at all times. Schedule and manage meetings with clients and manufacturers. Submit requested documentation promptly and follow up as required. Coordinate the timely creation and distribution of weekly flyers, newsletters, and other marketing materials as per schedule. Support the verification and timely completion of sales forecasts, procurement updates, delivery schedules, and job file reviews.
  • Internal Support & Team Assistance: Address any special requests from team members promptly and ensure proper internal support.
Qualifications
