Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Engineer to join our Lab Chemicals, Reagents & Equipment Department. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in chemistry or chemical engineering, coupled with hands-on experience in laboratory chemical sales and equipment solutions. This is a client-facing role that requires both technical understanding and commercial acumen to support our customers effectively and grow our presence in the lab chemicals and equipment market.
- Key Responsibilities Manage sales activities for laboratory chemicals, reagents, instruments, and consumables.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in academic, industrial, research, and healthcare sectors.
- Provide technical consultation and support to clients regarding product selection, applications, and usage.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and end-users.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to support strategic planning.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills
- Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in laboratory chemicals, reagents, lab instruments, or scientific equipment.
- Solid understanding of laboratory processes and chemical applications in various industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field visits and client meetings across Qatar.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred
