**Your responsibilities**:
- Delivering line of sight orders and orders mix per segment, channel and portfolio element with the tar-geted gross margin.
- Developing strong relationships and generating opportunities with key EU’s, EPC’s and OEM’s
- Interpreting the strategy of the division and translating expectations into activities and solid actions to drive sales growth.
- Generating solid sales pipeline with high information quality and balanced nature to deliver long term sales plan.
- Engaging with consultants to support them in their engineering and design of future projects.
- Driving sales actions to ensure efficient portfolio utilization for high power drives and MV drives.
- Researching and estimating ABB and competitors market share per product & segment and identifying the right channels to market.
- Identifying, planning, and executing customer-focused events and product launches to better position ABB portfolio
- Exemplary customer relationship management, active portfolio management and positioning
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through best-in-class technical support and customer intimacy
- Supporting operations team in cash collection, proposals and offers development.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in technical sales
- Strong technical experience in large drives (low and medium voltage) is a must.
- Experience in Chemical, Oil and Gas Industry and selling to MEP contractors in Qatar.
- Experience in supporting consultants in their engineering and design activities.
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills. Arabic is a plus.
