This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the hotel's packages, events, and group bookings to individuals, schools, corporates, and travel agents. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking to visit.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle inquiries, provide quotes, and ensure follow-ups to close deals effectively.
