Role Summary
Providing consultation on CBFS Products and services including LP, Asset Management and Margin trading to individuals and businesses to meet the client’s financial needs. Contacting potential clients to explain their services and acquire more customer base for the company.
The Sales Officer will have a strong understanding of the sales process, building relationships, and closing deals. Should be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills.
Accountabilities
- Represent CBFS’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential customers, often utilizing product demos and presentations
- Performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
- Regularly be in touch with CB staff to source new cross selling opportunities
- 2 - 3 years relevant experience in sales of Financial services (Banks, Brokerage Companies)
- Local experience in the banking industry is an advantage
