**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service by warmly greeting and assisting clients throughout their spa experience.
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to determine their beauty treatment needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, make up, hair styling, and other related services.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms, spa facilities, and common areas.
- Ensure the availability and cleanliness of spa equipment, tools, and supplies.

- Assist in promoting spa services, packages, and retail products to clients.
- Handle client inquiries, provide accurate information, and address concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow all spa policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe and relaxing environment.
- Maintain client records, including treatment details, preferences, and any relevant notes or recommendations.
- Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and industry trends.
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in performing a variety of beauty treatments.

Store Operations Management- Ensures that day to day operations of salon(s) is adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in managerial level;

- Highly proficient in Planning and Organizing;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; **Must be fluent in Arabic.**:
- Acute financial skills, experience with budget and business plan development;
