Job Title: SAP Solution Architect – HCM

Location: Qatar (Onsite)

Job Type: 1-Year Contract (with possibility of renewal)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect (HCM) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP HCM solutions. The role requires strong expertise across SAP HCM modules, deep integration knowledge with SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems, and the ability to align technology with business objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will drive digital HR transformation and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP HCM, including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Talent modules.
• Define architecture blueprints and integration strategies across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into robust SAP HCM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during implementations, upgrades, and migration projects.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws).
• Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and client workshops as required.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging SAP HCM trends, tools, and innovations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM implementations, with at least 3+ years as a Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM core modules (Payroll, Time, PA, OM) and integration with SuccessFactors (Employee Central, LMS, Performance & Goals, Compensation).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM and migration/upgrade projects (highly desirable).
• Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance, and workforce regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• SAP certifications in HCM/SuccessFactors (preferred).

*Key Accountabilities *
Define, refine, divulgate and govern Data Architecture foundations, principles from Abstract to Specific.

Contribute to the overall Enterprise Architecture in relation of the Data Strategy of the bank and support Architecture Board for evaluate the initiatives and be main responsible and accountable in regards of key cross functions like
Data Governance and Engineering Team

Other Accountabilities
Coordinate with the Governance & Engineering, Data Science and IT Domains teams to identify future needs and requirements

Able to articulate the information flows and High Level Design sections around it, indicating the As-is architecture, the TOBE Architecture and the Transitional Architectures required for ensure the Stability of Data Processing, Data Governance, Data Quality platforms, selecting the proper technology for accommodate business requirements.

Document High Level Designs (HLD) providing the E2E view for Information Flows, requesting the Low Level Designs (LLD) are supporting the HLD in order to ensure delivery teams follow the strategy and principles.

Skills And Experience

• Experience Develop large scale distributed storage systems intersecting Payments Strategy and Data Processing Platforms, Microservices architectures, and reliable monitoring and deployment infrastructure. Strong verbal and written skills, especially around code documentation

• Ability to work in a team environment, independently, take direction, and follow instruction . Exposure and experience in Distributed Architecture, Event driven Architecture, Microservices, Confluent Kafka, OpenAPI, Java, Java (Spring Boot) and Cloud Native solutions based on Kubernetes or OpenShift . Demonstrated Experience in World Wide Payment Processing Platforms or intersecting with it:

• Participating in the development & review of business & system requirements to obtain a thorough understanding of business needs in order to deliver accurate solutions

• Facilitating design & development solutions/ initiatives involving mapping of business requirements and leading in-depth evaluation of customer feedback to execute modifications in the solution
• Coordinating for test planning & designs for various projects and successfully leading Functional, System, Integration Test.
• Defining the strategies, technical architecture and evaluation and inclusion of new technology for implementation and operations of client services, product support, quality assurance and training Strong in DevOps concepts and should be capable to work in DevOps implementation.

We are looking for an experienced
Denodo Data Architect
to lead the design and implementation of data virtualization solutions. The role involves integrating diverse data sources into a unified data layer, defining best practices for data modeling, governance, and security, and ensuring high performance through caching and query optimization. You will provide technical leadership on Denodo deployments, work closely with business and technical teams, and mentor junior members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of data virtualization solutions using the Denodo Platform.
• Define best practices for data modeling, data governance, metadata management, and security within Denodo.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and BI teams to understand requirements and design scalable, high-performing data solutions.
• Integrate diverse data sources (cloud, on-prem, relational, APIs, big data platforms, etc.) into a unified data layer.
• Establish data caching, query optimization, and performance tuning strategies for Denodo environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Denodo Platform (including VDP, Scheduler, Solution Manager, Data Catalog).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, data virtualization, and API-based integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure Data Services "ADF" , Synapse , Databricks) and hybrid data architectures.
• Hands on experience with ETL/ELT tools, data lakes, data warehouses, and BI/reporting tools.
• Expertise in performance tuning, caching strategies, and query optimization.

Strong Experience in MM/WM and EWM implementation along with strong proven integration experience of EWM with MM, LE, QM, FI, and ERP interface (RFC Destinations, Distribution Models, Queues)

• Experience in data migration from MM/WM to EWM

• Implementation experience in using Mobile RF / barcode system/ Handheld devices / Labels to perform transactions on the warehouse floor (incl. Inbound, Outbound, Internal, Physical Inventory, Value added services)

• Interfaces, Workflow experience, Strong Configuration experience

• Experience in EWM processes for Inbound, Outbound, VAS, Handling Units, STO, packaging with serial number, and physical Inventory, including approval process with flexible workflow.

MM:

Experience in MM with integration to MDG, PM, QM, and EWM

Qualifications and Skills:

• +12 years of experience with 5+ full life cycle implementation including 3 implementations of S4HANA EWM

• Experience in S4 HANA and FIORI apps

• Preferably has experience in the oil and gas and Middle East region.

• Familiar with change management procedures and project documentation

• Familiar with ABAP programming

• Experience in Flexible Workflow implementation in MM and EWM process
