- Conduct problem root cause analysis and write field technical reports, service Kaizen reports for TMC, and internal technical reports for internal issues.
- Report and escalate issues to TMC and TMC-Bro that cannot be fixed following Toyota standard service information.
- Carry out troubleshooting and repairs for cases requiring high-tech diagnosing procedures, including FIR and Non-FIR cases, and difficult repairs.
- Conduct on-site investigations and assessments, and write incident reports for cases such as fire hazards, airbag deployment and non-deployment, unintended vehicle acceleration, and other special cases requiring Genbutsu (Go and See).
- Conduct quarterly team development meetings with foremen and quality testers to update them on new car features, Toyota campaigns, and silent service campaigns.
- Provide timely assistance to the main workshop supervisor, service advisors, foremen, and quality testers, through guidance, written specifications, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Respond to technical inquiries from branches via phone and, if necessary, visit the site to provide technical assistance.
- Provide technical support to customers for all technical inquiries.
- Maintain relationships with reception and workshop personnel, providing regular informal feedback on current technical issues.
- Conduct technical training sessions for team members and customers as required.
- Assist TMC technical team delegates during visits.
- Support departmental goals and responsibilities regarding technical concerns as directed.
- Attend TMC certification training to enhance technical skills.
