Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned (Tier) clients to achieve overall customer health and growth.
- Serve as the focal point for clients regarding their business and technical expectations (technical escalations, services/product adoption, communicating customer feedback to Product teams). Coordinate different teams to serve the customer effectively.
- Understand the client’s structure and processes for choosing and implementing new solutions.

- Work closely with Customer Success teams for existing and future SaaS business.
- In cooperation with CPaaS Registrations, ensure the client's account is properly set up and collaborate with Platform Operations teams to enable client activities based on the agreed business scope (account creation, route management, sender registration, content filtration setup and maintenance).
- In cooperation with Revenue Assurance, monitor and act to minimize health risks, ensuring financial collections and netting.
- Analyze and forecast client traffic, taking immediate actions to ensure ongoing business growth, minimize losses, and maximize gross profit and revenue.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Communications, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum years of experience in BB Enterprise Key Account Management, Customer Success, Client Relations, Professional Services, Consultancy, or Business Development.
- Experience in dealing with and presenting to C-Level executives.
- Preferably experienced in the SaaS industry.
- Self-driven, able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
